LET’s Feast
Everyone has their favorite season of the year. For Alan, it’s definitely autumn. Temperatures are dropping, it’s getting chilly again, but the sun might still grace us with its presence as we combine light jackets with sunglasses. You might disagree with him, but when it comes to the food this season has to offer, it’s certainly a very exciting culinary time. Harvest is abundant and flavorful, offering a great variety of fresh produce like pumpkins, apples, and root vegetables at their peak, along with fresh venison. Seasonal spices like sage or nutmeg and our beloved truffle add depth to our meal.
